  • I’ve ordered my Virtual Rum Tasting Package…. Now What?
    We’ll be in touch 48 – 72 hours before the event with your delivery time slot. Depending on your package offer, you will receive an all-day or specific time slot. Your Carnival Concierge UK delivery driver will contact you 15-30mins before they are due at your delivery address. It is really important that you tell us if you won’t be home so we can arrange a safe place to leave your package. Make sure you add admin@carnivalconciergeuk.com to your contacts so that we don’t find ourselves in your SPAM folder.
  • Can my child accept my package?

    Your package can only be accepted by an adult who is over 18 years of age. Should you be lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for proof of ID. (Drivers License / Passport)

  • Can I collect my package from you?

    We do offer some collection slots. Please email to discuss if we can facilitate this for you.

  • I live outside of the M25… How much will my delivery cost?
    We estimate that postage fees will cost between £11 and £20 per package. This depends on the weight of the package. We will not know the exact cost until the day of postage. Once your package has been posted we will contact you with a link to an online portal to make payment. Your package will not be posted until this final delivery cost has been paid.
  • What if I miss my Carnival Concierge UK delivery driver?
    We will contact you 15-30mins before arrival at your delivery address. If you are not at your address and have not suggested a safe place, the driver will not leave your parcel unattended. Please contact us on 07395280772 to arrange re-delivery. This may come at an extra cost depending on the location of the driver.
  • I’ve bought a package, but I can’t make then event… what do I do?
    All packages are non-refundable. If you are not able to make the event you can sell your package to a friend or family member. Just email us from your registered address and provide the details of your buyer. We also provide a reserve list for guests who want to buy a package after we have sold out. We can offer your package to our reserve list and if there is a buyer available, we will facilitate that transfer for you. Carnival Concierge UK is under no obligation to resell your package.
  • Can my friend join the Zoom event without a package?
    Only guests with a virtual rum tasting package can be given access to the zoom event. This is to ensure that the experience is as interactive as possible.
  • What if I’m late to the event?
    Virtual doors for public events open at 7pm. The event starts at 7.15pm sharp. This is so the we can fit everything in and give you all time to enjoy yourself at the end with music from our host of DJs. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold the event start time on public events. Private events will be provided with a start time. If the majority of your guests have not arrived at that time, the host will speak with the named lead on the booking to discuss whether 10-15 minutes grace can be allowed. A prompt finish at the agreed time will still be expected.
  • Do you serve food with your packages?

    We have a number of bespoke food options available for birthday and corporate packages. Please send us an email for more details.

  • I don’t drink alcohol… do you do mocktails?

    OF COURSE!

  • I’m not based in the UK… Can I still join in?

    Unfortunately, at this time we only offer Virtual Rum Tastings within the UK, however please join up to our mailing list to keep in touch.

  • I have allergies and intolerances… Can I still join in?
    We take the health and safety of our guests seriously. There is a notes section before checkout. Please note down all allergies/intolerances and we will be in contact with you directly should our packages contain anything you have listed.
  • Do you do private events?

    We offer private virtual events for any occasion. We also provide bespoke corporate events including office Christmas. Just get in touch with us to discuss your needs.

  • How are Carnival Concierge UK keeping their guests safe during Covid-19?
    All packages are prepared in a sanitised work environment by employees with no covid-19 symptoms. Temperatures are taken before shifts begin. All Carnival Concierge UK employees use masks and hand sanitiser between deliveries. We require anyone presenting with covid-19 symptoms to notify us before starting deliveries so that another driver can be found. Carnival Concierge UK delivery drivers cannot resume work until a negative covid-19 test has been received by Head Office.
  • Can Carnival Concierge UK come to my house?

    We would love to!
